Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

Marinated chicken
1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 minced garlic clove

Honey - garlic sauce
1/3 cups honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoons water
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
½ teaspoon white pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
rest of dish
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
1 thinly sliced green onion
Tools needed:

Instructions:
Marinated chicken
Place chicken into a large bowl and add remaining chicken marinade ingredients.
Stir together until evenly combined. Allow mixture to sit for 15 minutes.
Honey-garlic sauce
Stir together all sauce ingredients. Set aside cooking and assembly
Place a large sauté pan over medium-high heat and melt butter.
Add chicken and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken, lower heat to medium and stir together. Simmer mixture for 4 to 5 minutes or until sauce thickens enough to coat chicken.
Remove from heat and top with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve.
