Garlic Bread


Tools needed:

· cutting board

· knife

· measuring spoons

· mixing bowls

· fork

· small offset spatula or butter knife

· baking sheet

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

  2. 3 tablespoons grated parmesan

  3. 2 tablespoons minced parsley

  4. 1 tablespoon thinly sliced chives

  5. 4 minced garlic cloves

  6. ½ teaspoon salt

  7. ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  8. 1 load of French Bread, sliced in half lengthwise


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.

  2. Combine butter, Parmesan, parsley, chives, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Stir together until fully mixed together.

  4. Spread butter mixture evenly over both cut sides of the loaf of bread.

  5. Place both halves of bread, cut side up, onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.

6. Then broil for 30 seconds, just to get the tops slightly browned and crisp.

7. Remove garlic bread from oven, slice crosswise into 2 inch
