403 Broad - restaurant review

Hi I’m Jane, A high school Family and Consumer Science teacher who LOVES all aspects of FOOD. From the shopping to the eating, its where I thrive. And when someone is willing to make a meal for me . . . Ahhh, and it's great, it doesn’t get any better. Which is why I love eating out. And that brings us to our first restaurant review.

403 Broad, Milford PA. This is one of my favorite restaurants. It has everything I love in a great restaurant. The food is an ever changing menu of seasonal and local dishes served family style for sharing. The wait staff is friendly and remembers you from previous visits. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, and if the weather is nice you can sit on the porch and watch the world go by while enjoying a beer from one of the many craft beer breweries that chef Brandon sources out. Add to that a plate of handmade pasta or indulgent meatballs and you have yourself a culinary experience Delicious Spaghetti Carbonara with spring peas and pancetta, or Squid Ink Lumache with rock shrimp that makes you feel like you are sitting at the beach. The Taleggio pizza combines sage, honey and eggplant with a drizzle Calabrian chili oil. My mouth waters just thinking about the wonderful taste of these dishes. Make sure to start your meal off with the ‘Nona’s Sunday Salad with shaved Parmesan cheese. It brings you back to your Italian grandmas Sunday dinner.

In the two years that 403 Broad has been opened my husband and I have tried every dish and have never had a bad one. The flavors change seasonally and some favorites are always on the menu. It is one restaurant in Milford you can’t go wrong with 403 Broad.
